The Vegetable Packer is an essential member of the production team, responsible for ensuring that all vegetables leaving Topline Farms meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.   • Shift Preparation: Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled shift to prepare for work, ensuring production readiness.

  • Packing and Labeling: Apply accurate labels and stickers on bags, clamshells, trays, boxes, and other packaging formats. Ensure each package meets company standards for presentation and product information.

  • Container Handling: Pack vegetables into containers such as clamshells, trays, bags, boxes, and RPCs, ensuring products are organized and secure.

  • Stacking and Storage: Ensure that finished products are stacked safely, neatly, and in a manner that maintains quality during transport.

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize the production line regularly to meet food safety standards, maintain hygiene, and ensure compliance with company protocols.
