Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform a wide range of technical, mechanical, welding, fabrication, marine repair, engineering, estimation, planning, and supervisory duties, depending on their role. Responsibilities may include structural fabrication, welding, ship engine repair, marine equipment maintenance, hydraulic system troubleshooting, gearbox servicing, boiler inspection and repair, pressure vessel fabrication, piping and flange installation, valve overhauling, cost estimation, project scheduling, and supervision of ship repair activities.

Employees must ensure all tasks comply with engineering drawings, international safety standards, company quality policies, and project timelines. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, leadership ability, and adherence to safety procedures are essential across all positions.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Applicants should hold relevant technical diplomas, trade certifications, or engineering qualifications, depending on the job role. Experience requirements range from 2 to 10+ years in Ship Repair Yards, Marine Operations, Oil & Gas Facilities, Industrial Plants, Power Plants, Fabrication Workshops, Mechanical Workshops, or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.

Welding and fabrication professionals must demonstrate strong hands-on experience in SAW welding, tank welding, structural welding, pressure vessel fabrication, cutting, grinding, piping installation, valve maintenance, flange fitting, and reading engineering drawings. Mechanical and marine professionals should have expertise in engine repair, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, heat exchangers, and underwater mechanical operations.

Supervisory and engineering roles require leadership experience, project management capability, troubleshooting skills, technical reporting ability, and strong decision-making competence.
