🧾 Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and department. However, all roles contribute to delivering a high standard of hospitality service. Key responsibilities may include welcoming and assisting guests and ensuring smooth daily hotel operations, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and supporting departmental goals.
Front Office roles focus on guest check-in and check-out, reservations, handling inquiries, and resolving guest concerns professionally. Housekeeping roles ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to brand standards. Engineering and Maintenance roles are responsible for the upkeep, safety, and functionality of hotel facilities. Food and Beverage roles deliver quality service and dining experiences, while management and corporate roles support operational leadership, compliance, marketing, and strategic growth.
✅ Skills, Experience, and Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude and a strong customer-service mindset. Previous hospitality experience is preferred for many roles but is not essential for all positions, as training may be provided.
Applicants should demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required for operational roles. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia or New Zealand and meet any role-specific physical or professional requirements.
