Key Duties of Coffee Roaster Jobs
Coffee roaster workers play an important role in the coffee industry and perform all the duties of coffee roaster workers.
Roasting Coffee Beans Duty:
- Responsible for monitoring the roasting process.
- Control variables such as temperature, roasting time, and airflow.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of roasted beans.
Equipment Maintenance Duty:
- Maintain all roasting equipment.
- Responsible for cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Inspect the manufacturer’s process.
Blending and Flavor Profiling Duty:
- Understand the characteristics of various beans.
- Adjust roasting times, temperatures, and blending ratios.
- Prepare unique and marketable coffee products.
